Laser cutting technology is an excellent process for cutting carbon, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel material in gauge thicknesses and plates. Metal laser cutting provides a cleaner edge with better perpendicularity than other forms of flame cutting, along with a smaller kerf and heat affected areas. Difficult profiles, tight tolerances, and precision, high-speed cutting requirements are all great candidates for laser cutting.

Flat Laser

Flatbed laser cutting speed is fast, the machining precision is high, and the cutting seam is very narrow, and there is no need for subsequent processing. Viper manufacturing uses both CO2 and fiber lasers to have the best technology for the job.

Tube Laser

With tube laser cutting, Viper Manufacturing gains the ability to hold tight tolerances on complex laser cut geometry yields precision components ready for assembly, welding, finishing, and fabrication. Viper Manufacturing’s tube laser has 6-axis capabilities to ensure any feature can be cut from structural or tube steel.

Shear

Shear blades can be mounted at an angle to reduce the amount of shearing force with producing minimal or no kerf, creating virtually no loss of material. Shearing helps reduce costs as well as increases the speed of production.

Plasma

Plasma cutting is mainly used to cut medium to thick plate with fast cutting speed, narrow cutting slots, small heat affected area, small deformation, low operation cost. Plasma cutting allows 6-axis cutting to cut chamfers into the edge of the material.

Turret

Among the key advantages of turret punching is that the speed of punching is very high, and the metal is not subjected to heat. Turrets can handle several additional materials as opposed to lasers or plasmas including brass, copper, or pre-galvanized steel.

Saw

Our horizontal and vertical saws are capable of cutting a wide range of materials depending on what type of metal and shape customers need to cut.
